Summary (not a substitute for the full Terms): Masalım is a bedtime-story app for families operated by Dasyatis Studio (Türkiye). You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and auto-renew. Voice cloning is strictly opt-in and you can withdraw consent at any time. Generated content is reviewed by an 8-rule safety filter but parental supervision is still expected. Turkish law governs these Terms; EU/UK consumer rights are preserved.
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and Dasyatis Studio, a sole proprietorship organised under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (“Dasyatis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Masalım mobile application, including any related websites, content, features, updates, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement formation.Your agreement to these Terms is formed when you (a) tap “Agree” on the in-app consent screen, (b) create an account, or (c) otherwise access or use the Service, whichever occurs first.
1.2 Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age. Users between 13 and 15 may use the Service only under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms on their behalf.
1.3 Parental responsibility. The Service is designed for families with children. If you allow a child under 16 to interact with the Service, you accept these Terms on their behalf and remain solely responsible for their use, including content review, listening time, and subscription decisions.
1.4 Additional terms. Use of the Service is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the “Apple Terms”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Terms with respect to App Store distribution or in-app purchases, the Apple Terms control for that subject matter.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, capitalised terms have the meanings given below:
- “Account” means the user account you create to access the Service, identified by an email address or Apple/Google sign-in identifier.
- “Child Profile” means a profile you create within your Account on behalf of a child (name, age band, optional preferences). Up to three (3) Child Profiles are available on the Family and Premium tiers.
- “Content” means stories, audio narrations, cover art, classic adaptations, prompts, descriptions, images, and other material made available through the Service.
- “Generated Content” means stories produced by our AI generation pipeline based on parameters you or your Child Profile select.
- “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined in the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- “Service” means the Masalım iOS application (App ID 6763921414, Bundle ID
studio.dasyatis.masalim), associated server-side functionality, and any related websites under the masalim domain. - “Subscription” means a paid subscription to the Plus, Family, or Premium tier, billed monthly or yearly through Apple.
- “User Content” means content you submit to the Service, including voice reference recordings, custom story prompts, child profile names, and feedback.
- “Voice Clone” means a synthetic voice model trained on a Voice Sample you provide, used to narrate stories within the Service.
- “Voice Sample” means the reference audio recording you submit for voice cloning.
3. The Service
3.1 What Masalım does. Masalım is a subscription-based mobile application that helps parents put their children to sleep through:
- AI-generated bedtime stories(600–900 words on Free/Plus/Family, up to 1200 words on Premium) produced via large language models with an 8-rule child-safety filter applied before delivery.
- A classic story library hand-adapted from public-domain sources, including Aesop, the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, Nasreddin Hodja, Dede Korkut, and regional folk traditions.
- Professional narration using Google Chirp 3 HD voices (24 narrators across nine languages, three of which are exclusive to Premium).
- Voice cloning (Plus, Family, and Premium tiers) powered by the Chatterbox model, allowing a parent to narrate stories in their own voice.
- Sleep timer, offline downloads, and Now Playing integration for hands-free bedtime listening.
3.2 Supported platforms. The Service currently requires iOS 16 or later and is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. We do not support Android, web, or other platforms at this time.
3.3 Supported languages. The Service interface, classic library, and AI generation pipeline support nine languages: Turkish, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, and Russian. Some narrators and stories may not be available in every language; the in-app catalogue reflects current availability.
3.4 Service evolution. The Service is under active development. We may add, modify, or remove features, narrators, stories, languages, or pricing tiers at any time, subject to the notice and refund provisions of these Terms and applicable consumer protection law.
4. Eligibility & Account
4.1 Minimum age. You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to create an Account. The Service is intended for parents and legal guardians acting on behalf of children under their care.
4.2 Children’s use. Children under 16 may interact with the Service only through a Child Profile created and supervised by an Account holder who is their parent or legal guardian. Child Profiles cannot make purchases, manage subscriptions, initiate voice cloning, change account settings, or contact support.
4.3 Accurate information. When creating or updating your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address you control. You agree to keep your Account information up to date.
4.4 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (including the security of any linked Apple ID or Google account) and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us promptly at info@dasyatisstudio.com of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach.
4.5 One Account per person. You may not maintain multiple Accounts to circumvent free-tier quotas, trial eligibility, or other limits. Multiple Child Profiles within a single Account are permitted and encouraged for households.
4.6 Sign-in providers. The Service supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Use of these providers is also subject to their respective terms. You may unlink a sign-in provider at any time, but doing so may result in loss of access if no alternative authentication is configured.
5. Licence Grant & Restrictions
5.1 Licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the Service on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial household use.
5.2 Restrictions. You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- copy, modify, translate, port, adapt, or create derivative works of the Service, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats, or non-public APIs of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, or otherwise transfer the Service or any part of it to a third party;
- remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, label, or mark within the Service;
- use the Service to develop, train, or improve any competing product or service, including any large language model or text-to-speech system;
- scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract Content from the Service using automated tools, bots, or unauthorised APIs;
- circumvent any usage limit, paywall, geographic restriction, or technological protection measure of the Service;
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, infringes any third-party right, or interferes with the normal operation of the Service or other users’ enjoyment of it.
5.3 Reservation of rights. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Dasyatis and our licensors.
6. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payment
6.1 Tiers. The Service is available on a free tier and three paid Subscription tiers, each billed monthly or yearly. Active features by tier are summarised below.

6.2 Pricing.Current introductory prices are listed below. Prices in your local currency are shown in the App Store and may differ due to local taxes, currency conversion, and Apple’s pricing matrix. The price shown to you at the point of purchase is the binding price.

6.3 Billing through Apple. All Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple as in-app purchases. Payment is charged to the Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Dasyatis does not store, process, or have access to your payment-card details.
6.4 Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
6.5 Managing and cancelling. You can review, change, or cancel your Subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
6.6 Refunds. All refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable law. We do not directly issue refunds for App Store purchases. Refund requests may be made via reportaproblem.apple.com. Where local consumer law grants you a non-waivable refund or withdrawal right (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU), that right is preserved; you may exercise it by contacting info@dasyatisstudio.com and we will coordinate with Apple as necessary.
6.7 Apple Family Sharing. Family and Premium Subscriptions are eligible for Apple Family Sharing. When enabled, other members of your Apple Family group can access the entitlement on their own devices using their own Account; Subscription-level quotas (such as voice-clone slots) are shared across the household. Plus is a single-Account tier and is not Family-Shareable.
6.8 Taxes.Prices shown include applicable VAT or other taxes where required by Apple’s tax engine for your region.
6.9 Price changes.We may change Subscription prices from time to time. If a price increase affects your Subscription, Apple will notify you in advance (typically at least 30 days before the next renewal) and request your affirmative consent if required by Apple’s policies. If you do not consent, your Subscription will not renew at the new price.
6.10 Promotional offers. We may offer introductory prices, promotional discounts, or referral credits at our discretion. Eligibility rules are stated at the point of offer and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke promotional access in case of abuse.
7. Free Trial Specifics
7.1 Where offered. A three (3) day free trial is offered exclusively on the Plus YearlySKU. Monthly Plus, Family, Premium, and any other SKU do not include a trial. Trial availability is administered by Apple’s introductory-offer engine and is subject to Apple’s eligibility rules (typically: never previously subscribed to Plus, family-group eligibility, region).
7.2 Conversion. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Plus Yearly Subscription at the then-current price, charged to your Apple ID.
7.3 Cancellation during trial. You can cancel during the trial period via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. You will retain trial access until the trial period ends and you will not be charged.
7.4 One trial per user.Trials are non-transferable and limited to one (1) per Apple ID and one (1) per Apple Family group, per Apple’s rules.
8. Voice Clone Service
8.1 Purpose. The Voice Clone feature lets a subscribed adult parent record a Voice Sample so that we can train a synthetic voice model and use it to narrate stories within the Service for their household. Voice cloning is available on the Plus, Family, and Premium tiers (1, 2, and 3 slots respectively).
8.2 Explicit opt-in consent. Voice cloning is strictly opt-in. You must complete an in-app consent screen (presented in your account language) before any Voice Sample is uploaded or processed. The consent screen identifies (a) the purpose of processing, (b) the model provider (Chatterbox running on our managed infrastructure), (c) the retention period, and (d) your right to withdraw consent at any time.
8.3 Consent of the voice owner.You represent and warrant that you are the natural person whose voice is being recorded, or that you have obtained the explicit, informed, written consent of the voice owner (and, where the voice owner is a minor, their parent or legal guardian) to record, upload, train a model on, and play back that voice through the Service. Cloning a third party’s voice without such consent is strictly prohibited and may violate civil, criminal, and intellectual-property laws in your jurisdiction.
8.4 Retention. Voice Samples and trained models are retained for as long as your Subscription is active and the slot is in use, plus a seven (7) day grace period after Subscription expiry or consent withdrawal, after which they are permanently deleted from our production systems. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups may retain copies for up to thirty (30) days, after which they are overwritten.
8.5 Withdrawal right. You may withdraw consent at any time from Profile → Voice Manager. Upon withdrawal, the voice model becomes immediately unplayable; the sample and model are deleted from production within seven (7) days. Stories you previously rendered with the voice clone remain in your library but will no longer be playable with that voice.
8.6 Prohibited uses. You may not use the Voice Clone feature to:
- clone the voice of any person (including public figures, deceased persons, or other third parties) without their or their legal representative’s explicit prior consent;
- impersonate, defraud, or deceive any person;
- produce audio that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors;
- produce audio for commercial distribution, broadcast, podcast, advertising, or any purpose outside personal household use within the Service;
- circumvent voice-biometric authentication systems of any third party.
8.7 Enforcement. We may, without notice, suspend or terminate access to the Voice Clone feature or your Account if we have a reasonable basis to believe a Voice Sample or generated audio violates this Section 8 or applicable law.
9. User Content & Intellectual Property
9.1 Your User Content. You retain all rights you have in your User Content (Voice Samples, custom story prompts, Child Profile names, feedback). You grant Dasyatis a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit, and create internal derivative works of your User Content solely for the purpose of (a) operating and providing the Service to you, (b) training your personal voice model (where applicable), (c) generating personalised stories at your request, and (d) complying with legal obligations. This licence terminates when your User Content is deleted under our retention policy or when you withdraw the relevant consent, whichever is earlier.
9.2 No training on user content for third-party models. We do not use your Voice Samples, custom prompts, or other Personal Data to train shared, multi-tenant, or third-party AI models. Voice models trained from your Voice Samples are isolated to your Account.
9.3 Generated Content.Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to access, stream, download (where the offline feature is enabled), and listen to Generated Content for your household’s personal bedtime use. You may not redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit Generated Content outside the Service.
9.4 Classic stories.Classic stories distributed through the Service are adapted from public-domain source material (e.g., Aesop’s Fables, Brothers Grimm tales, Hans Christian Andersen, Nasreddin Hodja, Dede Korkut, regional folklore). Our adaptations, translations, narrations, cover art, and editorial metadata are protected by copyright owned by Dasyatis. The underlying source texts remain in the public domain.
9.5 Our intellectual property.The Service, including all software, narrators, voice models (other than your personal Voice Clones), cover art, classic adaptations, editorial content, trademarks, logos, and the “Masalım” name, is owned by Dasyatis or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred to you under these Terms except the limited licences expressly granted.
9.6 Feedback. If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Service, you grant Dasyatis a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them without obligation to you, provided we do not publicly attribute them to you without your consent.
10. Acceptable Use
10.1 You agree not to misuse the Service. In addition to the restrictions in Sections 5 and 8, you agree not to:
- attempt to generate content that depicts or promotes violence against persons or animals, self-harm, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, illegal activity, or any material that the 8-rule safety filter is designed to prevent;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
- transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Service;
- use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access, monitor, copy, or generate content through the Service without our express written permission;
- resell or commercially redistribute access to the Service, including by sharing Account credentials with users outside your household;
- harass, threaten, or impersonate any person via support channels or in-app feedback;
- encourage, induce, or assist any third party to do any of the foregoing.
10.2 Enforcement. We may, at our reasonable discretion and where appropriate after notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of this Section 10. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination without refund of unused Subscription periods, subject to applicable law.
11. Content Disclaimer & Parental Supervision
11.1 AI nature of Generated Content.Generated Content is produced by a large language model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or stylistic choices that do not reflect Dasyatis’s editorial views. Stories are fictional and not statements of fact.
11.2 Safety filter. Every Generated Content request passes through an 8-rule child-safety filter (no violence; no death themes; no fear-inducing imagery; no negative body image; no peer cruelty; no parent-absent distress; no religion/politics; no romantic content). The filter is best-effort and applied at generation time; we cannot guarantee that all outputs are appropriate for every child, family, or cultural context.
11.3 Classic stories adapted for safety. Public-domain classics have been hand-adapted by our editorial team to soften archaic violence, retributive endings, and frightening imagery. Original folklore can contain themes some families may find unsuitable; we recommend previewing a story before bedtime.
11.4 Parental supervision required. You are ultimately responsible for the Content your child consumes. We recommend that a parent or guardian preview Generated Content before it is played to a child, particularly for younger age bands.
11.5 Not medical or psychological advice. The Service is not a medical device or a substitute for professional sleep, paediatric, or psychological advice. If your child has a sleep disorder or other condition, consult a qualified professional.
11.6 Reporting concerns.If you encounter Generated Content that violates our safety standards, please tap “Report” on the story screen or email info@dasyatisstudio.com. We review reports within five (5) business days.
12. Privacy & Personal Data
12.1 Our collection and use of Personal Data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our KVKK Disclosure Notice for Turkish residents. By using the Service you confirm that you have read and understood those notices.
12.2 For voice cloning specifically, processing is based on your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR and the equivalent provisions of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
13. Termination
13.1 By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your Account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Cancelling your Subscription in the App Store does not by itself delete your Account.
13.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have (a) materially breached these Terms, (b) used the Service in a way that exposes us or other users to legal, security, or reputational risk, (c) committed payment fraud or chargebacks, or (d) failed to pay amounts owed.
13.3 Effect of termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends. We will delete your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule, except (i) data we are legally required to retain, (ii) anonymised or aggregated data, and (iii) backups overwritten on rotation.
13.4 Survival.The following Sections survive termination: 5.3 (Reservation of rights), 9 (User Content & IP), 11 (Disclaimer), 14 (Disclaimers & Liability), 15 (Indemnification), 16 (Governing Law), 17 (Apple-Specific Terms), 19 (Severability), and 20 (Contact).
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
14.1 “As is” basis. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
14.2 No guarantee of availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Maintenance windows, network outages, third-party provider failures (Apple, Google Cloud TTS, our LLM providers), or force-majeure events may interrupt access.
14.3 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Dasyatis or its officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Dasyatis (through Apple) for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) twenty US dollars (US$20.00).
14.4 Non-waivable rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law and your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Indemnification
15.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dasyatis Studio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable lawyers’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content, including any Voice Sample uploaded without the voice owner’s consent; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity right.
15.2 We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
16.2 Venue. Subject to Section 16.3, the courts and execution offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
16.3 Consumer protection.Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable right you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. EU and UK consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence and to invoke the mandatory protections of their local law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16.4 Informal resolution. Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@dasyatisstudio.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least thirty (30) days.
17. Apple-Specific Terms
This Section applies to your use of the iOS version of the Service obtained from the Apple App Store, in addition to (and, where inconsistent, in priority over) the other terms of this Agreement.
17.1 Acknowledgement.You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Dasyatis only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Dasyatis, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
17.2 Scope of licence. The licence granted to you for the Service is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the Service on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Service may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Apple Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.
17.3 Maintenance and support. Dasyatis is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.
17.4 Warranty. Dasyatis is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Service to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service.
17.5 Product claims. Dasyatis, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
17.6 Intellectual-property claims.In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party’s intellectual-property rights, Dasyatis, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim, to the extent required by this Agreement.
17.7 Legal compliance.You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
17.8 Third-party beneficiary.Dasyatis and you acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
18. Changes to These Terms
18.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
18.2 For material changes (for example, changes that affect pricing, your privacy rights, the scope of the licence, or dispute-resolution mechanics), we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice by in-app message, email to the address associated with your Account, or both.
18.3 Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must stop using the Service and cancel your Subscription before the effective date.
19. Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement
19.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19.2 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
19.3 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on notice to you.
19.4 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, KVKK Notice (where applicable), and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dasyatis with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
19.5 Language. These Terms are originally drafted in English. Translations are provided for convenience; in the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails, except where local law (including Turkish consumer-protection law) mandates otherwise.
